Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS Online Store purchase, please call (+91) 9999876779 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of date of purchase. The product must be returned to RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be unopened and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
How to Request a Refund

Within 14 days of date of purchase from RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS’s Online Store:

Call +91-9999876779 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.
Ship the unopened product to RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (see address below).
A refund will be processed within 1-3 weeks of receipt of the product.

Please note that RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS does not permit the return of, or offer refunds, for the following products:

Download or electronically delivered (emailed) licenses.
Upgrade orders
Opened software
Volume License software orders*
Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, including Academic licenses.
Products obtained as part of a bundle, with or without training, with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation
RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS fee-based technical support services, training or consulting services, Maintenance Agreements and any other related products and services
Shipping and handling charges
Any other services provided by RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

* Volume License Order Returns: RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS does not accept returns for Volume License (licenses purchased at a discount from original price) or Maintenance Agreement orders.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS-branded product, please contact RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS Customer Assistance at +91-9999876779. Such a defect, if any, may be covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information contained in the Software License Agreement for your product.

NOTE: Products sold through this Web site that do not bear the RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS-branded, even if packaged or sold with RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS products.

NOTE: RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS recommends that you:

Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and
Either insure your package for safe return to RNS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to: (1) use a carrier that offers tracking, and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
